I'm Robert Wheeler, founder of Capriax — an independent endpoint management consultancy in the Lexington, KY area, working with enterprise IT teams everywhere.

For over twenty years I've worked inside enterprise endpoint environments, from a few hundred seats to tens of thousands: application packaging, SCCM to Intune migrations, configuration management, and the PowerShell automation that holds it all together. I've been the packaging engineer, the ConfigMgr admin, the migration architect, and the person who got called when deployments failed at 2 a.m. — which is exactly why the automation I build assumes things go wrong.

Capriax is deliberately a one-expert practice. When you engage me, the person scoping the work is the person doing the work. No bench, no juniors, no handoffs.

When I'm not in a client tenant, I'm writing up field notes from real deployments — the scripts and lessons are on the home page - or answering packaging questions in the endpoint management community.
